Here at Mid-America College of Health Sciences, we know that not all students can afford to pay for tuition and other related expenses out of pocket. So our Student Success team is always looking for ways to help qualified students get the financial assistance they need.
Qualified students may get financial assistance from some of the sponsors in the area, including Great Jobs KC, Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas, Workforce Partnership, Kansas City Full Employment Council (FEC), Kansas Department for Children and Families, and individual sponsors.
Please be aware that each sponsor has specific requirements and orientation processes that are outside of our admission requirements. How long it takes to approve your application for financial assistance is also outside our control.
We recommend that you reach out to the sponsors and completion their requirements before applying. Some of the sponsors require workshops, proof of income, and other information which may take 4-8 weeks to complete. Be patient and keep us in the loop as you go through their approval process.
Have Questions? Text 913-708-8323 to chat with one of our student success team members. You may also stop by during our office hours to meet with one of our team members.
